Roof day

The number of annexes in Tønsåsen has unexpectedly gone from zero to three. Just as the correct timber kit for the sheep house finally arrived a couple of weeks ago, Knut brought over (well, Knut and a big truck, to be more precise) two second-hand "sportsboder" that were still in very good condition. So, not only do we have the sheep house in place now. With Knut's generous help, the premises will soon also include a log shed and perhaps even a goose house (providing we'll find a way to move a tonne's worth of "sportsbod" down accross the field).
And Saturday turned out to be the big roof day in Tønsåsen, as Klaus and Knut fitted new tops for both the sheep house and the log shed. Luckily, the sun was out for most of the time, and we could even eat lunch at the front terrace, with waffles straight from the iron. Well into September, that felt like a roof day bonus.
