We should have listened to Steinar's advice, that bathrooms are never redecorated in "a couple of days" (our initial plan!). Yesterday and today, however, we've had invaluable help from Knut, with all sorts of chores from silicone to plumbing. And we're getting there...

A small piece of arctic paradise between fjell and fjord
Welcome
Tønsåsen is a peaceful place just north of Tromsø in northern Norway. The small farm is the home of Klaus and Kristin, the two cats Sofus and Lisa, the five viking sheep Elke, Inga, Ida, Isabella and Albert, and their seven lambs (Isak, Ilse, Else, Elling, August, Asta, and Olle), as well as four geese called Espen, Gerd, Lotte and Liv. In Tønsåsen we try to live by principles of sustainability and solidarity, so that the footprint finally left behind is as small as possible.
